Tray Former Model TF12

The Model TF12, used mainly in the fruit and vegetable markets, is an automatic tray forming machine designed to form trays with top flaps. This model is capable of handling simple trays, open top trays and trays with top flaps.

- Major tray adjustment points include hand wheels with dial indicators
- Quick size change over
- Semi-adjustable mandrels
- Interlocking door guards
- Panel memory capable of storing 22 different glue patterns
- Up to 35 trays per minute
- Standard tray minimum size:  300mm x 200mm x 60mm
- Standard tray maximum size: 600mm x 400mm x 300mm
