Moduline
The Moduline is an integrated packaging system that in very limited space
performs fully automated opening, filling, sealing and eventual palletizing of
RSC cases. The system can be equipped with different types of feeding systems,
according to the product to be handled for example, bottles, bags, flowpacks,
cups, etc.
The Moduline 1 model is an integrated system to open, fill and seal RSC
cases. It is made up of a totally mechanical case erector with positive opening,
like the Model EC25 case packer. It can be equipped with controlled axes for
high speed or electro-pneumatic movements. After the cases have been loaded,
there is a top and bottom case closing/sealing system. The closing system is
available with a hot melt glue or tape system.
The Moduline 2 model features the same components as the Moduline 1 model but
includes a palletizer.
